- Creation of a dedicated space for the storage of products at various temperatures (-80°, -20°, +5°, and +20°C), designed for their catalog business and dispensing markets.
- Optimization of shipments: as products are primarily shipped by courier, we have renewed our trusted partnership with FedEx to ensure reliable and fast daily shipments.
- Strengthening of expertise: two of our employees have been specially trained and assigned to this activity to ensure operational excellence.
- Installation of cutting-edge equipment to ensure the safety and accuracy of shipments: biological safety cabinets, analytical balances, temperature-controlled refrigerators and freezers, secure packaging, label printers, as well as a fully adapted workspace.
